Atomic Habits Book Club Presented by Work Healthy

In our efforts to continue to provide value and resources to employers, we are hosting a three part book club to explore "Atomic Habits", the best-selling book from James Clear. We encourage you to share this opportunity with your teammates as we learn how to change our habits and get 1% better every day!
 
Here’s how it works.
Purchase the book (Whatever format works best for you.  Audio, hardcopy, etc.)
Plan on attending our three brown bag lunch sessions to discuss the book. 
Tuesday, Oct. 11,  12 noon-1:30 p.m.
Tuesday, November 1, 12 noon-1:30 p.m.
Tuesday, December 13, 12 noon-1:30 p.m.
