Christmas Crawl

The event organized by Freedom 4/24 will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. as participating stores, restaurants and businesses come together for a street party that includes live music. The road will be closed from the 7-Eleven area down to the Dahlia and Truss complex, creating a pedestrian-friendly zone. Lauren McQuillan, events and education coordinator for Freedom 4/24, said.

Parking will be available up the street, including at Rivermont Presbyterian Church and at the Magnolia Foods parking lot on Rivermont Avenue. The festivities kick off from Rivermont, where hot chocolate will be served at 7-Eleven.
