Independence Day Celebration

Would you like to experience Independence Day at the final home of America’s first patriot? Come spend this Independence Day at the garden spot of the world, Patrick Henry’s Red Hill! Events begin at 4:00PM with fireworks at dusk and the gate closing at 9:00PM. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets to comfortably watch Patrick Henry give his speech at 7:00 and to watch the fantastic fireworks display at 9:15. You might also want to bring a flashlight to aid you after dark. Food vendors will be on-site to purchase dinner from.

Please do NOT bring any alcohol, personal fireworks (including sparklers), grills, or pets; for safety reasons, all these are prohibited.

General Admission Tickets: $10/car and can be purchased at the gate. Pre-sale tickets will be available closer to the event. 

VIP EVENT: This add-on event features cake and ice cream with Patrick Henry’s fifth-great-grandson and premier fireworks seating: $10/person. Tickets for this add-on event will be available closer to the event.
