The Level Up Young Professionals Summit is an annual conference for the next generation of leaders. This year we are excited to welcome award-winning speaker, 2x author, coach, consultant, and connector, Rob "YB" Youngblood as our keynote speaker! Rob is the President & Chief Connecting Officer of YBConnects, LLC, "YB" and his team increases the Visibility, Credibility and Profitability of authors, entrepreneurs & executives who want to promote their book, brand & business. He teaches his clients how to "Think Collaboration" and leverage The M.M.D. Framework to achieve their desired outcomes.
In many circles, "YB" is known as "The LinkedIn Locksmith" because of his ability to unlock the power of LinkedIn for revenue generators who struggle with using the platform to grow their network & net worth. Since 2016, he has coached over 1,000 entrepreneurs & executives to leverage LinkedIn to create currency through collaboration.
He is married with 2 daughters. He is a 2004 graduate of Virginia Union University and a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
