This year’s theme, “Lead Where You Are,” empowers young professionals to take initiative and make an impact from any seat in the organization. The day will feature:
    •    Level Up Awards celebrating outstanding young leaders
    •    Engaging sessions and experiences to inspire growth and leadership
    •    An impact project that strengthens community connection
    •    Closing keynote by Lauren Beane, nationally recognized TEDx speaker. Her keynote, “Ready Enough”,  is an empowering message about activating your confidence even with only 50% of the answers.
