Downtown Lynchburg Association Welcomes Stacy Garrett as New Executive Director
Lynchburg, VA – [July 23, 2025] – The Board of Directors of the Downtown Lynchburg Association (DLA) is pleased to announce the hiring of Stacy Garrett as the organization’s next Executive Director. Garrett will officially begin her role on August 27th.For the past twenty years, Garrett has served as the Executive Director of the Miller Home for Girls in Lynchburg, where she built a reputation for strong leadership, community collaboration, and organizational growth. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education
